Overall Description

  • New "Education and Training" website tab
    • Located on www.accme.org, the Education and Training tab provides a variety of educational resources to continuing medical education (CME) professionals and accredited CME providers to support their efforts to plan and implement CME that Matters to Patient Care™.
       
  • Education and Training Content
    • Perspectives: Watch interviews with CME leaders who discuss insights about how they have used CME approaches successfully within their institution or system. 
    • Video FAQs: View brief videotaped answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) received by the ACCME, including content related to the ACCME® 2006 Accreditation Criteria, accreditation process, and expectations. 
    • Workshops: Learn about upcoming ACCME educational activities, including the CME as a Bridge to Quality™ Accreditation Workshops and other live educational events. Workshops are designed to help CME professionals of all skill-levels develop strategies to ensure organizational compliance with ACCME Criteria and Policies in support of continuing education as a strategic asset to improving healthcare.
